The annual Computex and SID Display Week trade exhibitions are almost upon us. This year, SID Display Week will be held at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco. AMT’s subsidiary, AMTouch USA, will be exhibiting at SID in Booth 613 from May 24^th – 26^th. Computex Taipei is the largest ICT trade show in Asia and the second largest in the world. This year, AMT will be in Booth K0230 located on the ground floor of the Taipei World Trade Center Nangang Exhibition Hall from May 31^st – June 4^th. We look forward to seeing you there!

At the SID and Computex 2016 exhibitions, we will display our refined projected capacitive (PCI or PCAP) touch designs emphasizing the five major capabilities of noise immunity, advanced water handling, gloved operation, thick cover lens, and easily adjustable parameters. These capabilities form the “sword and shield” of AMT PCI touch products with gloved and thick glass operation serving as an all-conquering “sword” and noise-handling and the ability to withstand the effects of water embodying a “shield” of complete defense. In the past year, we have honed the specifications and performance of AMT and PenMount PCI touch products. AMT has introduced anti-UV PCI touch panels for touch applications on outdoor devices. In terms of radiated and conducted noise interference, PenMount PCI control boards meet IEC 61000-4-3 RS (Radiated Susceptibility) Level III 10V/m and IEC 61000-4-6 CS (Conducted Susceptibility) Level III 10Vrms EMC test standards. PenMount PCI COF Tail design is also gradually meeting this standard.

This year, we introduced the new PenMount PCIUtility which makes tuning and troubleshooting touch panels even easier and more user friendly than ever. PenMount PCIUtility combines the major functions of three prior utilities (PCIMSet, PMUpdate, and PCIScan) in one integrated and powerful package which allows customers to adjust parameter settings, update firmware, and diagnose touch panel functionality.

We will showcase a series of AMT PCI touch solutions including a large size touch panel with a thick cover lens featuring gloved touch capabilities, a PCI touch product featuring advanced water immunity, and a PCI panel demonstrating EMC characteristics. Again, we welcome you all to participate in these two excellent trade shows where visitors will be able to experience firsthand the superior performance of AMT touch products.
