Whether during hardware or firmware design, PenMount fully considered the characteristics and pairings of PCI touch panels because the pairing of PCI touch panels and controllers affects the overall efficacy of PCI touch products. Our firmware design takes into consideration environmental issues that may affect PCI products and these hypothetical scenarios are all incorporated in PenMount PCI controller firmware design. In terms of noise interference, we possess the latest frequency hopping technology which effectively suppresses this noise. PenMount’s core value is the ability to achieve accurate signal detection and processing in our standard firmware to save customers the time required to identify sources of noise or interference and allow smooth integration of new PCI products into systems.

In addition to hardware and firmware design, our utility support for customers’ human machine interface (HMI) is also very comprehensively. PenMount currently provides three utilities including: parameter adjustment utility – PCIMSet, firmware update utility – PMUpdate, and detection utility – PCIScan. PCIMSet is a utility provided to PenMount distributors or system integrators, used primarily to make simple adjustments to and quickly set controller firmware parameters.
