Resistive Touch Screens

  1. No image appears on screen?

    • Check that all the I/O and power connectors are correctly andwell connected as described in the ? Installation ? section.
      Make sure the pins of the connectors are not crooked or broken.
       

  2. Partial image or incorrectly displayed the image?

    • Check to see if the resolution of your computer is higher than that of the LCD display.
      Reconfigure the resolution of your computer to make it less than or equal to 1280 x 1024.
       

  3. Image is scrolling?

    • Check and make sure the VGA signal cable (or adapter) is well connected.
      Check and reconfigure the display mode of the vertical refresh rate of your graphic card to make it compatible with the LCD display.
       

  4. The pointer does not move when I touch on the screen?

    • 1. Make sure software has installed.
      2. Click Touch AP and see the program has detected the controller version.
      3. Does the LED blinks when you touch? If not, check the controller's power supply or touch panel is defective.
      4. Unplug and plug the controller cable again. If the LED still does not blink, do the next steps.
      5. Check the connection of touch panel's FPC.
      6. If the touch still does not work, please immediately contact us for technical support.
       

  5. When installing a driver, the message box appears and does not install the drive?

    • Check to see if you have uninstalled the previous driver.
