Since its inception, AMT has embraced the idea that success comes from growing positively with customers, suppliers, employees and the general public. We strive to share our achievements with all our partners by providing customers with superior touch solution products and service, helping our staff and suppliers grow, donating time and resources to the less fortunate, and promoting the health and happiness of our staff.

AMT has established a number of health programs and sponsors regular company excursions to events and activities as part of its “Happy Train” initiative. In addition to an annual physical examination, quarterly personal health seminars, and monthly physician consultation services, the company also subsidizes employee athletic clubs. AMT currently boasts self-defense, badminton, Tai Chi, running, and Yoga clubs.

On Sunday, August 16^th, members of AMT’s running and yoga clubs organized the first AMT Games at National Taiwan Ocean University. Over one hundred employees and their families participated in competitions such as doubles badminton, three legged race, relay race, and men’s and women’s 1600 meter running events.

AMT also organized two family entertainment activities in the past two weeks. The first was a performance by a local children’s theatre. AMT has long supported the arts domestically and continued this tradition on August 30^th by filling the seats at the Taipei Cultural Center with 500 employees and their families for a performance of “Checkmate”. On September 5^th and 6^th, the company treated 60 employees and their families to two separate days of complimentary sailing and canoeing hosted by National Ocean University.

AMT is committed to the health and wellbeing of the entire AMT family. The company’s “Happy Train” program will continue to promote the good health, happiness, and strong morale of all AMT personnel.
