In its long history of manufacturing total touch solutions for the industrial, medical, and commercial fields and products, AMT’s proprietary standard touch panel products have conformed to LCD dimensions produced by many renowned LCD manufacturers. Now, AMT is happy to introduce a new touch solution which supplies customers with both projected capacitive (PCI or PCAP touch) and resistive touch panels and corresponding LCD panels of optimal dimensions.

We purchase AU Optronics (AUO) LCD panels chosen from their General (Industrial) Display series which are best suited for industrial, medical, and commercial applications. AUO General Display products are uniquely designed with high brightness, high contrast ratio, wide viewing angle, wide temperature operation, longer lamp life, and lower power consumption. AUO LCD panels are reliable and the company offers long term supply and support. Panel sizes currently available range from 4.3″ to 24″.

This touch panel with LCD service from AMT is limited to AUO General Display products and we will not provide LCD panels from other series in AUO’s product line nor products from other LCD display brands in the near-term. These LCD panels will be supplied in a bundle combined with AMT touch panels whether projected capacitive or resistive.

This service will offer either a separate LCD and touch panel or a touch panel laminated to a LCD with DSA. For other types of assembly, please contact to our sales representatives for more information.
