The entire AMT staff wishes you Happy New Year 2019!  We hope this year brings heath and prosperity to you and your family!  After a year of preparation, AMT obtained ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) certification in 2018. In addition AMT also conforms to ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems standards, ISO 14001:2015 environmental management systems standards, and ISO 50001:2011 energy management systems standards. AMT has always been committed to providing highly functional and high quality products while focusing on reducing energy use and creating a healthy and safe workplace.

ISO 45001 is an international OHSMS standard released in 2018 with over 70 countries directly participating in its drafting and a goal of more systematically protecting the safety and health of workers and others. AMT cares about our employees and does our best to protect our colleagues in the workplace. As such, AMT has established internally occupational health and safety units in line with national regulations which are tasked with planning factory related occupational health and safety, categorizing and managing possible factory hazards through hazard identification and risk assessment tools, and minimizing the probability of damage.  AMT has health service staff and resident doctors to provide employees with medical services and consultations.  These personnel inspect our worksite and offer relevant recommendations to prevent workplace injuries.

In addition, AMT complies with relevant national occupational safety and health regulations and promote sound policies and continuous improvement. We use institutionalized management and strict quality assurance standards to ensure the quality of our products and that each batch of production meets product specifications. At the same time, we introduced systematic and documented environmental management to implement green environmental protection policies throughout the product life cycle to reduce pollution and waste. We also actively implement energy conservation measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, purchase high-efficiency low-environment impact equipment and raw materials, and continuously improve management performance to move towards a sustainable corporate vision.
